RETURNS AND REFUNDS
• The team at The Golden Fleece work hard to find you quality products and we hope you are delighted with your purchase, if you aren’t contact us and we will do our best to sort out your problem. Contact us by email at admin@goldenfleecegawler.com.au
• If you change your mind or you are unhappy with what you received, you are welcome to return the wines to us for a refund – as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging. We will provide a refund (using the same method you paid) – however will need to subtract a $20 handling fee from the amount you are refunded. It will also be your responsibility to either bring the order back to us, or pay for it to be delivered back to us (NOTE- we can only accept deliveries during our normal opening hours) – to arrange a return contact us  at admin@goldenfleecegawler.com.au

If you would like to cancel your order please email us at admin@goldenfleecegawler.com.au, Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to being dispatched – after dispatch the order must be returned – and a $20 handling fee will be charged.
